By treating the body as one using a Functional Training method Daniel is able to utilise the bodies full kinetic potential to generate maximum efficiency. For those who require a more sporting specific approach, Daniel is able to assist in achieving optimal function giving greater training results and overall movement enhancement.

Corrective Exercise & Injury Rehabilitation
Postural imbalances and joint dysfunction as a result of a recent operation / injury, chronic injury or illness can inhibit an individual to carry out normal daily function, often resulting in pain, soreness and the inability to carry out everyday activities. By understanding the bio-mechanics of the body and the most efficient human movement patterns Daniel is able to correct, improve and maintain a more efficient you.

Postural Assessment & Movement Analysis
As a result of postural imbalances our bodies have to adjust and often take compensatory measures in order to carry out normal function, often poorly and causing secondary postural problems.
A full postural and movement assessment will highlight these muscular and joint imbalances / dysfunctions present within your body.
This will help you as an individual understand your body in greater detail, and allow Daniel as a corrective exercise trainer to understand and prescribe the best form of corrective exercise or therapy for you.
£80 (1x1 1/2 hour assessment + 1x 1 hour corrective exercise training session)
Sports/Relaxation massage Therapy
Sports and relaxation massage therapy can assist in the rehabilitation of injuries, but can also be use in addition to exercise in order to reduce the delayed onset of muscular soreness, decrease joint pain and improve the overall way in which you train by using both soft and deep tissue release techniques.

Nutritional advice for physical activity & weight management
Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand, so in order to achieve quicker, greater results a balance must be formed between the two.
